Jason became a qualified Tradesman with Avon City Ford back in 1992. It was Jason’s hobby of racing cars that led to opening up his own business painting and restoring classic cars. It was enjoyable work that kept him occupied for  five years. Jason’s business won two top awards at the Canterbury Concours event in 2001, best paint work and best overall on an E-type Jaguar. 

Jason decided to expand with larger premises in Sheffield Crescent along with employing staff.  Its location near the Christchurch Airport services the large volume of company’s in the north west area. The increase in business has allowed the company to invest money in updating gear with a Wildbore built bake oven and adjacent tinting room, Eco friendly emission -less screw rotary compressor, a Blackhawk chassis plant and measuring system, and a four-post hoisting system. There is also a computer quoting system panel pro xl which has slipstreamed things in the office giving Jason more time helping out on the floor.

Harewood Panel and Paint also do digital imaging for Insurance companies and re-sprays.
